We are partnering with a local law firm that is looking to add a Receptionist to their team!

Temp-to-Hire

Pay: $17.00-$18.00

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

The Receptionist serves as the primary point of contact. Responsibilities involve warmly greeting clients, answering a multi-line phone system, managing correspondence, scheduling consultations, and maintaining a professional, organized front office.

Core Duties

Client Service: Act as the first point of contact, ensuring all clients and visitors are greeted with warmth, professionalism, and discretion.

Call Management: Answer high-volume, multi-line phone calls, screen and route them to the appropriate attorney, and take detailed messages.

Scheduling: Coordinate appointment times, consultations, and meetings for attorneys and paralegals.

Office Administration: Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and faxes, and prepare outgoing shipments.

Office Organization: Monitor front desk operations, keep the lobby area presentable, and restock office supplies.

General Support: Assist legal teams by copying, scanning, and filing confidential client documents.
